Sweet
& Tasty Boneless Pork Ribs
All my thoughts and prayers are with Catherine,
from livingthegourmet, and her family. Her house at New York has
been devastated by The Storm.
I hope things get back to normal for her as soon as possible.
Ingredients:
6 boneless
pork ribs
Marinade:
2 tablespoons Teriyaki sauce
1 tablespoons
Soy sauce
1 heaping
tablespoon Orange marmalade
2 cloves
garlic, crushed
2 tablespoons
vinegar
Preparation:
Combine all above ingredients in small bowl
and mix well.
Place in ribs
in Tupperware or zip lock bag along with rest of ingredients and refrigerate
for
about 1 hour.
Preheat oven
350°F.
Place ribs in baking dish along with marinade
and bake for about 30-35 minutes.
Add about ½
cup of water to drippings at bottom of pan and stir a little to make gravy for
ribs.
