Strawberry-Watermelon Slush

“Every have some leftover watermelon that you want to do something with rather than just eat it by the slice?  This is a perfect solution. Try a refreshing Strawberry-Watermelon Slush.” Laura

Ingredients:

2 cups cubed seedless watermelon

1 pint fresh strawberries, halved

⅓ cup sugar

⅓ cup lemon juice

2-4 cups ice cubes (I use more because I like a thick slush)

Preparation:

In a blender, combine the watermelon, strawberries, sugar and lemon juice.

Cover and process on high until smooth.

While processing, gradually add the ice cubes.

Process until slushy.

Pour into chilled glasses.

Serve immediately.

Make: 5 cups.
